About the VIP Program

What What Sets olb88 VIP Apart?

Let's be honest – most online platforms have a "VIP program" that amounts to little more than an empty label. You collect points, redeem minor rewards, and life goes on as usual. olb88 chose to do things differently.

The olb88 VIP Program is built on one simple principle: the more loyal you are, the greater the rewards you receive. This isn't just a tagline – it's reflected in every aspect of our program, from cashback percentages that increase with each tier, to personalized birthday bonuses tailored to your playing profile.

When you reach VIP tier at olb88, you will be assigned a personal account manager who understands your preferences. This manager is reachable directly through a dedicated channel and will assist with everything – from resolving account queries to making sure you never miss an exclusive offer suited to your playing style.

Withdrawals for VIP members are also processed with higher priority, meaning your winnings reach you faster than standard accounts. At olb88, every minute spent waiting is time our VIP players simply shouldn't have to experience.

Automatic Upgrade: Your VIP status is updated automatically each month based on your gaming activity. No manual application is needed – our system tracks and upgrades you instantly once the requirements are met.

FAQ

FAQ – olb88 VIP Program

Your VIP status is displayed clearly in your account profile section as soon as you log in. You can also view your current turnover progress against the next tier's requirements. Notifications will be sent when you are close to reaching or have successfully moved up to a higher VIP tier.

VIP status is re-evaluated monthly. If your turnover for the current month does not meet the minimum requirement for your tier, your status may be adjusted to match your recent activity. However, Diamond members enjoy a 3-month protection period that keeps their status intact even during a temporary dip in activity.

olb88 VIP cashback is calculated every week based on your net losses during that period and credited to your account every Monday. The process is fully automatic with no application required. The cashback amount is calculated according to the percentage corresponding to your VIP tier for that week.

olb88 reward points are valid for 12 months from the date earned. Any points not redeemed within this period will expire. We recommend checking your points balance regularly in your account section and using them before they expire. Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy points with no expiry date as long as their account remains active.

VIP Gold members and above have access to a personal account manager reachable through a dedicated channel provided upon upgrade. Account managers operate during extended hours and aim to respond to your queries promptly. For urgent matters outside manager hours, the olb88 24/7 live chat support team is always ready to assist.

olb88 VIP cashback is designed to be one of the most player-friendly in the industry. The rollover requirement for cashback is just 1x – meaning you only need to wager the cashback amount once before you can make a withdrawal. This is significantly lower than standard bonuses on most platforms. Check Terms & Conditions for full details.
